Sworn Affidavit

A sworn Affidavit is the type of affidavit that is needed to gather sworn statements from people or witnesses or parties who are involved in a court case or legal battles. It could either be written or typed. The most important component of the sworn affidavit is that it should be signed by the person who made the affidavit under oath in front of the judge, court clerk or notary public. The original copy of the affidavit normally stays with the applicable court case files and copies are given to the person who made the affidavit and to all the people or parties involved.
