I am always asked which Bodybuilding Supplements you should take when you start out training and my answer is very simple. Sort out the diet side of things first and make sure you are eating healthy and then you can initially look at increasing the level of protein in you diet. Protein is the essential building block of muscle and is very easily over looked as people can concentrate on other lesser supplements such as creatine and HMB. You should aim to get about 1.5g of protein per kilo of body weight on a daily basis which is harder than it sounds from food alone.
