Losing fat with sports supplements

What is it about a chocolate digestive biscuit with a cup of tea mid morning that I cannot do with out? No matter how hard I try, the craving never goes away and it really does bother me as I know I must be consuming about 750 calories extra a week which will soon add up to a pound of body fat every five weeks or so just by cutting these out. I have turned my attention to using a sports supplements called hoodia in order to control my hunger cravings and so far so good. I have only failed once this week so I reckon I have already saved myself 600 calories.
