I had been thinking about buying a short sale, but now I’m not so sure. I’m glad that I read the article because now if I do put in an offer, I’ll know what to expect. I highly recommend this article to anyone thinking about it. I don’t think that the realtors want to tell you the truth because it would cost them money. Here is the truth.
