Mint chocolate chip cookie recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 2/3 cups mint chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven upto 375 degrees F.
2. Beat the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until creamy.
3. Add the eggs and beat well.
4. Stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda.
5. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture beating until well blended.
6. Add chocolate chips to batter.
7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
9. Cool completely.
