LAWYER SUES CAR DEALERSHIP

A man in California has enlisted the help of a lawyer in that state so as to sue a car dealership for what the plaintiff alleges are predatory lending practices which fall under the California Lemon Law code and that the car dealership was responsible for lying on a loan application which allowed the plaintiff to become involved in what was essentially a predatory loan that he otherwise would not have become involved with had the car dealership just told the truth on the loan application. The man and his lawyer have created a class action lawsuit because they believe other people were victim to the same scheme.
