When you do a range of good ab workouts, you expect to see some results right?

Well, firstly it will depend largely on how well your ab workouts were designed. They should take into account both fat loss and abdominal development goals.

Secondly, you MUST look at the nutritional side of things. Something that many ab workouts fail to succeed with is that the foundation of nutrition has not yet been laid down so many people don’t see the results that they had hoped for.

Another factor that determines success in your ab workouts is the intensity. You need to focus on intense workouts but only for a short period of time.
