Getting Antioxidants Naturally

I really hate taking those pills and popping them. I find that really disguisting. Theer are so many people around the world who thrive on pills. Hats off to them. Well, I would prefer getting all the nurients like vitamins, minerals and proteins naturally from foods, fruits and vegetables. These days’ there is a lot of demand o antioxidant pills. I was wondering if I could get antioxidants from natural foods. So, I started searching the net for information. I came across articles on benefits of antioxidants, antioxidant pills etc. Then I came across an interesting article on resveratrol as an antioxidant. Initially I felt that I am not able to pronounce the word resveratrol. But then I got accustomed to this word because it has good relevance as far as health is concerned. It is a good source of antioxidant. You can mainly get it from red wine, health supplements having resveratrol and some fruits and plants. There are so many ways to get antioxidants in natural ways. You can have fresh fruits like berries, grapes, oranges and also green veggies which will give you abundant of this.
