Getting a flat belly with the right exercise and diet tricks

Do you know that you don’t need diet pills or colon cleansing pills to get a flat stomach?  You also don’t need to “go on a diet” or buy some fancy “abs-xerciser” to get flat abs and lose belly fat.

The truth is that if you are going to get rid of abdominal fat, the best exercises and diet tips are:

1. Lose the fad diet, and start simply eating organic whole unprocessed foods (local too). If your body gets all the nutrition it needs, it automatically adjusts your appetite and eliminates cravings.

2. Stick to weight lifting workouts using full body multi-joint exercises combined into higher intensity types of training. Too much focus on slow cardio is not going to give you results.
