Fish Oil Supplements and its’ affect on the Eyes

Omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil), is essential in the development of normal eye and brain function. The neurological benefit for humans is phenomenal. Infants are an excellent part of society that can benefit greatly from the affects of Omega-3 fatty acids. The infant is still in the early stages of development and to increase their supplements of fish and vegetable oil into their diet will greatly improve their eye and brain functions in the long run. Studies have shown that when there is a deficiency of Omega -3 fatty acids in the body that there is a stronger chance that visual acuity will suffer. You may want to give fish oil supplements a try and live healthy!
