Bali Catered To My Needs

I want to be pampered, catered too and nurtured, when I go on vacation. Bali, has accommodated all of these needs with a perfect score.
After all, that’s what a vacation is supposed to be all about. My soul needs to be rejuvenated and my skin desires a good massage.
I went to Bali Villas for some much needed nurturing on my body and my mind. It was a beautiful experience, that changed my thinking from hurried to relaxed.
I can’t thank Bali enough, for the transformations that occurred in my life while I was there.
It was a true life altering excursion for me.

Never Too Old for the Magic of Travel

When my father was widowed in his sixties, he was lost. He and my mother had traveled the world together and always told me they enjoyed the “magic” of visiting exotic locations.

After several years of being alone and staying at home, Dad finally joined a seniors’ club and met a vibrant sixty-year old widow who’d traveled almost as much as he had. They began dating.

Recently Dad was telling me that he had been looking at Bali private villas online. When I asked why, he said that he was planning a trip there.

I looked surprised so he added, “I’ll be on my honeymoon”. He said he’d not only missed Mom, he’d missed traveling; and now, at last, the magic was back.

Ready to Serve

I decided this morning that I am going to quit my job and move to New Zealand. I have had it with this place, with the rules and regulations, and with society at large. I want to go to a place where everybody knows your name, and so I have decided to go move in with my cousin in New Zealand. He says that there are some job openings for servers and waitresses at one of the motels in Taupo. I can not wait to get down there and start my life again. It will be a welcome change for me.

Do you read RWW?

One of my favorite authors is Randy Wayne White. He writes mystery novels based in the southwest Florida area. The main characters home base is in Sanibel. A good friend of mine and I share the stories and discuss them together and we recently had a battle as to whether or not Sanibel Island scuba was mentioned in any of White’s books. We combed through them and can’t find a mention of the place. Then I remembered that he used to write under the pen name Randy Striker. I knew I had read it somewhere and of course found it in one of his Randy Striker books.

Home away from Home

When traveling, some people become extremely home sick, they like the new place they are in but living in a hotel can be a real drag on some people. Like most things in my life, I’ve learned how to enjoy traveling by making blunders - lots of them.

You may benefit from some of them.

For instance, do choose a travel companion you can at least tolerate. Trust me, two weeks in Europe with an angry ex is a “travel don’t”.

Do choose clothing that travels well, is washable, and can be used for more than one occasion. Nothing says, “amateur” more clearly than a wrinkled shirt worn with jeans - at an upscale restaurant.

And do stay at one or more of the cheap hotels in London.

You may not have high tea each afternoon, but your budget will love you and you’ll see the real London for a fraction of the cost.

Finding peace in Huntsville!

I have a big family and they always find a way to get in and interrupt my peaceful day off. I was in dire need of a vacation just to get away to where nobody knew me.

I had a friend out in Huntsville and decided to go out there to visit her. She has never been a bugaboo so I knew I could go out there visit and go back to my hotel and rest. My next move was to find the Cheapest hotel rates in Huntsville. I got on the phone and called Janice to ask her where I should lodge when I get there. She told me to go online and check out the booking channel site. I found a good deal and enjoyed a week in peace!

Best time of my life

When I was young my grandparents loved to travel. The one year they were going to go to Italy. They asked me to go with them, I was so very excited.

We stayed in bungalows in Europe. It was so nice because it felt like home.

I loved walking around with my grandparents. Listening to everyone speaking the different languages was so amazing. My favorite place to visit was the market. The markets there were so different than they are here. This was so interesting to walk around and see everything. There are so many different smells, it was amazing. I hope one day to take my children there to have a experience like that.

Clement Barajas Hotel Madrid

I am going to be driving around Spain for my next vacation, so I am going to be flying into Madrid, and then after a few days there I will travel on. I was checking out the hotels in Madrid and decided to stay at the Clement Barajas Hotel Madrid. It is nice and close to the airport, so if my flight gets in late I won’t have far to go. It won’t be far to go into the city either to see the sights. There is also a restaurant where I can get a bit to eat if I am hungry and don’t want to go out.

Dorado–Mahi Mahi

Dorado also known as Mahi Mahi is a strong fighter and with it amazing colors, it can be an amazing sight to be seen when coming at the boat. The brilliant yellow and green body in the water shining like crazy.These attributs make the Dorado one of  the most popular fish to the anglers in the area as they are also easy to locate and provide a fun fight, with amazing acrobatics. They are also a good fish to go for because they will go after almost any bait you throw into the water.

Her Favorite Place

My cousin, Deana, passed away almost a year ago now. I had spent so much time with her just before that. She was absolutely in love with tennis, so we would go play every single weekend. Even if I was worn out and wanted to go home, she would beg to stay and play at least one more game. Her favorite place on Earth was Paris, France. She had pictures on her walls of the Eiffel Tower and some gorgeous Paris hotels. She wanted to move there eventually. I am so glad that she got to see it in person before she died.
