I Really Enjoy sashimi!

I am a huge sushi lover, and my very favorite restaurant in the whole world is a huge buffet that offers literally dozens of types of sushi.  Of course when I ate it for the first time ever, I stuck with the more cooked kind of rolls.  My favorite at first were the tempura California rolls.  Then I started trying the dynamite rolls and the tuna rolls.  Finally I tried sashimi for the first time in my life.  It was amazing! My comment to my friends at the time was that I wish I had tried this type from the outset.
