I was building websites since the web was young and I loved to write ad copy. I would often help my friends websites sound more professional and cool. They would pay me for my work and often loved how I wrote their page. Along with pay for good work I got the satisfaction of hearing them tell me they liked my writing and that people who visited the page liked it too. This to me is the real currency but it does help to get paid for it.
