People love to wear name badges especially if it looks unique. Most companies make it a mandatory policy for employees to wear these badges as identification. However, you just cannot force your employees to wear just any badges that you can find. Make sure that you order appropriate and nice looking badges so that they will be more than willing to sport it not only in the workplace but when going home, too. You can prefer magnetic name tags if you want a badge that is cloth friendly and convenient to use. You can even save a lot for the uniform allowance in this case.
