When you buy a used car, what are your primary buying criteria? Is it speed? I would probably suggest not, as speed is a huge part of why the British Highways Agency are producing harsher and harsher punishments for those who fail to observe the speed limits.

Is it looks? Again, I doubt it. Sure you don’t want to be driving around in something that attracts jeers and cat calls from the passers by, but by the same token any car can look great, but may drive like a pig stuck in the mud
