I Really Want to Learn and Play Piano

Sixth grade arrived—my first chance to join the band. At last I would learn and play piano. My friends erupted, “This is marching band, you twerp! You can’t play piano in a marching band.” Devastated, I sat down with the others and waited. The director’s first question was, “What instrument will you play?”  I had no idea what I would say. My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon.  Our wedding was nice, but the honeymoon was fabulous.  Palm Cove holidays are perfect for relaxing and unwinding.  We spent two weeks enjoying the beauty and serenity of the area, but I could have stayed much longer.  Our accommodations were very luxurious.  This holiday far exceeded my expectations.  My husband suggested that we return each year on our wedding anniversary.  I can think of no better place to spend time with my husband.  Perhaps the next time we travel to Palm cove we will feel like exploring the surrounding areas that are worth seeing.

Nice Time At Aimee’s Wedding

Aimee’s wedding was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time at the reception too. I think Cheryl and my sister got along well. We sat together at the reception and by the end of the evening they were exchanging recipes and beauty tips. I’m always a little nervous when she meets a new family member for the first time. You never know how people will mix.

Long drive back the next day. By the time we pulled into town my lower back was in a lot of pain. Took some aspirin and glucosamine and was much better by morning. I ought to get a lumbar pillow for driving that far, or maybe just stop for stretch breaks more often.
